Our Return Promise

We want you to love your Honeycomb products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Unused Condition: Products must be in original, unused condition
  • Original Packaging: Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or if we made an error in customization.

Exchanges
